Are you training your mind for curiosity... or auto-pilot?

Horses and nature are always waiting to teach us subtlety.

When you are learning to reengage your senses mindfully, it’s also time to start getting curious about what the information is trying to tell you. It’s time to retrain your brain to focus on curiosity - and that’s what I’m focused on today. 🧐

If you’re curious to hear how presence with all your senses can bring more clarity, connection, and kinship into your life, have a listen.

When you start noticing more, it means your eyes can start truly seeing the world around you, without the auto-filter of your brain. 👀

I share a story about how horses are always waiting for us to wake up and realize how late we are coming into the conversation with them, and the living world around us. (I also touch a bit on why this is essential for Kinship - if you’d like to learn more, the work of Robin Wall Kimmerer is required reading and a deep gift for healing our disconnect with the Earth)

I revisit a fun, easy nature-connection practice you can do anywhere to start retraining and reawakening the pathways in your brain so you can experience the full range of communication the world has to offer you.

When you try connecting to life with ALL of your senses, are you able to feel the truth of your body more easily?

Can you feel your heart opening/warming up when you are joyful?

Do you notice where you might need to adjust how you are showing up in a relationship so you are honoring your needs, and those of the other being?

How did this land for you? I’d love to hear!
