It’s easy for us to be on sensory auto-piloted, or even worse, living with our senses muted from overwhelm. 😵‍💫

👀 When we rely solely on what we think our eyes are seeing, it mutes our ability to receive guidance from our body & soul and the world around us.

Our senses are our gateway to curiosity, wonder, and joy. Tending them is essential to our ability to connect to the world around us.

Today I am offering up one of my favorite easy nature connection practice to help you reactivate and reconnect to your 5 senses, plus your intuitive senses beyond.

🌿 Find a little slice of nature to spend 20 minutes with while you play with this exercise then come back and let me know how it went!
